Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout

Packages may be sent are sent via USPS, UPS or FedEx unless you upgraded your shipping method to Express delivery.

International Shipping 

At this time International Shipping is currently unavailable. Stay connected with us to receive alert (s) when International Shipping becomes available.

Exchange

Our candle family is important to us. So, we hope you will enjoy the handmade products we’ve produced with natural ingredients. We also realize the scent(s) of some candles may not be for you. Although we do not offer returns unless your merchandise was damaged during transit. We would be happy to exchange an unburned candle for a different candle.

Exchanges must be shipped back to the candle studio within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email us at koicandlecobk@gmail.com with your order number and let us know your new candle scent.

Note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Once our candle studio received the unburned candle, we will gladly ship your chosen candle back to you.

Return

Due to the nature of our products, we do not allow returns or refunds for candles that have been burned or used to test the scent.

Although we take extra precautions to package your products carefully. If your merchandise was damaged during transit, proof is needed within 7 days of delivery. We will try our best to replace the broken item(s) with the same version. If the merchandise(s) is no longer available, we will happily provide a replacement.

The enjoyment of your candles is our top priority. Therefore if there is any problem with an order, please contact us and we will try to rectify it.
